SDSD/SDSO Detentions Schedule

Hello,

I am currently in the SD Detentions academy. I was wondering if a current SD deputy could tell me on which day the 5 day on starts. Does it start on a Sunday? Monday?
Is it different at each detentions facility?

I don't want to ask the T.O's yet.
