Even non LEO's can carry concealed in AZ. If you can legally own a gun in the state, you can carry it. Constitutional carry.

In Arizona any legal gun owner can open carry a loaded handgun. Just got back from a trip to Tucson, and saw female realtor with a 9 on her hip eating a Big Mac. No one was running for the exit. Kinda weird coming from Cali.

Seriously, one of my firsts visits to AZ was getting used to the sound and use of LEGAL NFA Items by the local citizenry.
