Anyone have a lead on some Speer Gold Dot .223 64grain>?????

I'm in San Diego County and my agency won't fill all the mags on my plate carrier! JEEEEZ.

The Speer Lawman JSP in my experience feeds well in AR's and I have been told it performs very well balllistically without too much (over) penetration. SGAmmo is my go-to ammo source and they usually have it for sale.

Someone told me that Dooleys suddenly stopped selling to individual LEO's.
I haven't been able to verify this, I guess I should call them first.

Since that is a round I'm quite familiar with, I know exactly where to find it. The only catch is that I'm pretty sure they will only sell it to department members.

And, it is not nearly as cheap as it used to be..

And, they place limits now on how much you can buy....

Tell me about it. I recall when you could buy a case of I believe, 500 rounds if you wished. The good old days.

The said limit is 1 box per year, It is also sold at Gretas in Simi Valley, but it is priced quiet a bit more than the 1 box a year you can buy at the previously mentioned location.
