A few people I know are currently in the process of getting their ccw permit in Orange County. I am thinking of doing this myself.
If I was involved in a shooting and used my handgun to defend my life outside of my home, what is the best way not to get mistaken as the bad guy by LEOs??? Should i holster my gun after the shooting so that my hands are empty, etc.???
I know it could be FUD, but someone told me LEOs are trained to shoot anyone holding a gun.
