    Question re: correctable violation

    On Saturday I was pulled over on my way to Sunnyvale Rod n Gun Club with my GF to shoot my rifles. The officer actually asked if I had weapons in the car cause I guess he saw my cases but he was pretty chill and didn't run any of the numbers. Well anyways he cited me for tinted taillights and tinted front windows. My question is can I have the ticket signed off in SF if it was issued in San Mateo County?
