    Traffic sign question

    Saw a traffic sign today and I have no idea what it means hopefully someone can shed light on it.

    Was on a left turn lane with a left turn arrow, and underneath it said "no U-turn auto only"

    Any idea what that wording means? I can't find anything regarding it or explaining what it could be.
