Looks like the URL changed - above is what I copied from the article link when I found it (enter "bugatti-veyron-joins-dubai-police-fleet" to Google search, comes right up). Note the "news/gulf/uae" where the originally posted link has "news/uae"

You can never have too much money. That's like saying you have too much ammo or too many guns.
They probably need all those ridiculously fast cars to keep up with the rich traffic violators and criminals they chase who have the same type of cars.
