LEO vehicle emergency lighting code question

Good morning brothers and sisters
Im working on a little project for my dept. Does anyone know what code covers the specifications of the emergency lighting on LEO vehicles? I know I read something many years ago about LEO vehicles mandated to have a red and blue flasher with a solid red in the front. I am getting old and I cant find what I remember reading years back. Hopefully someone can help out this old timer. Stay safe everyone.

21055(b) CVC states solid red visible from front and siren as reasonably necessary. That's your code 3 response.

21806 CVC defines emergency vehicle as sounding a siren with at least a red lamp visible from the front.
