      IIRC, San Francisco passed a law a few years back that outlawed firearms. Then Mayor Newsome said it would probably be appealed by opponents and overturned just like an earlier one had been but they would spend the taxpayer money to defend it. He was right and it was overturned at taxpayers' expense. I would think this would be done again with this ignorant law.

        If a deranged sociopath is going to go shoot up innocent people, the last thing he wants is to catch that misdemeanor case for having a regular-capacity magazine. The Sunnyvale mayor said "We beat the NRA last night" the day after the election. It is painfully obvious that is the main goal of these illogical clowns, not safety. I hope Sunnyvale wastes millions trying to defend their idiotic ordinance.
