Qualifying as LEO?

Is there a list of peace officer jobs who have legislative authority to carry, purchase and use firearms any non-rostered handguns and/or large capacity magazines? IE, would a level I reserve officer? Level III? What other qualifying positions are there? What level of elected official?

I searched the Office of Attorney General, and didn't find anything, any other thoughts?
