Sorry for your loss. Condolences to the family, friends, and coworkers.
You may not like guns, and choose not to own one. That is your right. You might not believe in God. That is your choice. However, if someone breaks into your home, the first two things you're going to do are, 1) Call someone with a gun, 2) Pray they get there in time.

A bunch of my friends, who are LE with various depts, changed their fb profile photos to the single blue band yesterday. I heard this news shortly therafter.

Made me sad, to hear this news.

By all accounts, this Officer sounded like a good man, who did his best to make our world a better place.

              RIP.

RIP, our thoughts go out to the family and friends
Keep in mind If you get stopped by a game warden or other LEO and you say "well so and so on CalGuns said that this was ok and legal" That warden or LEO is gonna laugh at you and cite you.
Advice here is mostly good advice but its best to familiarize yourself with the laws & if needed contact DFW. or local Law Enforcement

Always confirm it for yourself. Ignorance is no excuse.
