    Fake tickets?

Not wanting to go into extreme details just kind of curious as to your input on this if you could

Seems that the past two times I had a little roughin with some LEO's and stood up for my rights as a united states citizen they were not very pleased and wrote me two false tickets.

Not much I can do about this is there? Guess I need to install a camera in my car?

No disrespect, as I have had great run ins with LEO's but also a few bad experiences. Not sure if it is the new sense of power hunger or what the deal is but some of these guys are absolutely insane.

    Thanks for your time!

Was it on real ticket paper? They can just not file tickets if they choose if that's what you mean.

I don't know what a "false ticket" is. However the mechanism to dispute a citation is through the court system. On your citation there is a court and a court date. Follow the instructions on the back of the cite and/or call the contact number for that court with questions. Show-up, present your case and let the judge decide.

Please read the rules in the sticky near the top of this specialty forum. As a specialty forum, it has rules in addition to the standard Calguns rules.

You are not to come into this forum making accusations of receiving "false" tickets and accusing some officers of being insane. Stating you mean no disrespect and then making disrespecting statements doesn't wash.

        Thank you.
