"State police is aware of this edited video as this incident occurred approximately nine months ago in the City of Richmond near the VCU campus. This is not the full length video. Virginia State Police has seen the full video and investigated the crash following Department policy and procedures. The trooper did stop at the scene and followed proper Departmental procedures. The individual was assessed at the scene by emergency personnel for a minor injury but was not transported from the scene to the hospital. This is a personnel matter and state police does not have further comment on this incident."

OP, it was clearly a accident. Have you ever driven a crown vic? The turning radius sucks ( think boat), the officer tried to whip it around and hit the skater. To imply it was anything else is silly.

My opinions are that you are trolling these boards for an internet fight because you have nothing else to do. Your previous post left out a lot of details that were pertinent and were only filled in as people pointed out certain things to you. That story still has a lot to be desired.

This one, you direct us to a site that has a heavily edited video and ask us to discuss it without even having a specific question. Your research skills are either completely lacking or you are trying to provocate something for whatever reason.

I like dialogue with police. I think its cool that cops participate on an online forum. Some ppl dont realize that LEOs are ppl too. Im not here to troll or anything.

Yeah its a boat. The newer ones 03+ have rack and pinon you can whip it around easier, but it still sucks.

I think the officer was in a rush to get somewhere and tried to whip around too fast. Obviously a stupid move hitting the pedestrian.
