    Feedback on qestion please

I would like to know if there are any situational conditions associated with the sale of mag rebuild kits from pvt party to pvt party.
I understand that these need to be 'unassembled' at all times even when in the hands of the original owner of the mags in question. Of course they need to be in the same state during any transaction.
Is there any limits to the number of mags that can be sold or traded? Limited to numbers in a period of time?
Any other situation that I am not thinking of to ask or address?

    Thanks for input

Disassembled mags are just rebuild kits. No limits, no restrictions.
