bad news for Fed LEOs

Recent Ca. DOJ ruling says you are not exempt from purchasing off roster pistols and hi cap mags.
A few local gun stores have been recently audited by the DOJ and they have stopped selling these items to all Fed LEOs.
If SB396 hi cap mag ban passes, you would likely not be exempt, and could only keep hi caps for your duty gun. All others would have to destroyed/removed.

I believe this is because the ban exempts peace officers, and FED LEO's are not peace officers but Federal Agents. Sucks for them!
