I am not trying to garner any sympathy, tho I will accept firearms, ammo and money.
I just thought I'd mention it in case I'm not feeling well enough to be logged on for a bit. I hurt my right knee about a month and a half ago just by increasing my speed on the treadmill at the gym by .2, yes, only 2/10 of a mile per hour to 4mph. Unbelievable!
A CT scan showed a Baker's cyst, which is basically fluid were it isn't supposed to be. The doc said that generally means a meniscus tear, tho the CT scan didn't show where. Due to a neurostimulator implant in my back, I can't have a MRI, which they wanted to do. A cortisone injection did nothing but hurt like the dickens.
So, tomorrow (3-26) at 1400hrs., he will, with an arthroscope, try to find and fix the tear that he believes is there. Out patient surgery and probably on crutches for a few days. No driving for a couple of weeks I imagine.
I am soooo tired of surgery.
"See" you later guys.
