Transcon / Zavin's Uniform - Still in business?

I am aware the name/brand transcon was sold to Elbeco a few years back, however Zavin's uniform in LA sold them as of a few years ago when I was in K9.

Anyone know if Zavin's is still around? Nothing beats original Transcons, and is the only BDU authorized by my dept as a Class "D" (nights).

After a quick google search I get a number and address but seems like every time I call I get no answer, my reason for asking... Guess it wouldn't hurt to drive down there but hopefully someone here may know and save me a trip?

I still see flyers for them posted up at our bureau....but they could be old, to be honest. I will try going over there and seeing if they are still open, seeing as I work in downtown LA.

I've tried calling them as well and no answer... I can't get Gall's to order Transcon any longer nor can I find my size on the Internet for a semi decent price. I don't mind spending the extra money for the Transcon's, but I'm not paying $200+ for a shirt. Please anyone who works in downtown advise. Thanks!!
