San Diego Sheriff question.

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone here knows, what handgun is used to qualify during the academy.

I tried to look it up but couldn't get a solid answer. I figured it would be a Glock 17 or a Beretta M9.

Glock 22. Gen 4's are being issued, but there are still a lot of Gen 3's rolling around.
