Quick fix-it ticket question (window tint)

I received a fix-it ticket for Window Tint on 2/11, however what happens if the vehicle gets sold before the court date for the fix-it ticket?

Can I mail my ticket in, with a Bill of Sale to the courthouse? I believe the window tint ticket, if not corrected - is like $200, so I would like to avoid that if possible.

Yep, the ticket is on you, not the car.

Since it's a fix it... and the car is gone, there is a form that you fill out to say the car is no longer yours... but that doesn't change the fact that you didn't take care of it before the due date and it can still go to warrant. I suggest you go to the court and clear it up asap.

If the buyer is nice and the tint has been corrected you could talk the buyer into meeting you at the local PD to get it signed off on. (I did this once in the buyers position, meeting at the local PD to get a fixit ticket signed off on for the seller)
