Theft on Calgun!!!!!!!!

I have purchase an item form a private party, seller is in OC, the item have been paided two week ago and supposed to ship it out over night. i have make a cash diposit to the seller account, after recieved the payment seller di not answer my call, email or text. All i have is the seller phone number, bank account and email address. Please help so other Calgunner don't run into the problem with this seller. below is the thread.

Go down to your local police department and ask to speak to an Officer. There's a couple of questions that need to be answered for the IO (investigating officer) otherwise transactions like these are often a civil matter. If all else fails, and you want this on paper, ask and be adamant for an incident report.

Be prepared for these following questions. In no particular order.

1) When was the item supposed to be shipped?

2) Last time you had communication with seller? What was said? What agreement was made?

3) If there were any photo's of the item that were ever provided to you?

4) What to you has demonstrated that the seller a) did not have the product, and b) has/had no intention of sending you the item?

Your best bet is to contact the MODS here, I think they track IP addresses. So even if he tries to open up an account under another name, he won't be successful.
