Thanks. Yeah, my best buddy works there as well and he confirmed it at the time I posted the OP. We also ordered some M400s through the officer program and they should be in soon.Originally posted by Hispanic_HerculesIt is not the word, it is a fact. No, civilian LE agencies are not exempt from NFA requirements. The paper work still has to go in to ATF for any NFA weapon. The only difference is that there is no charge to LE agencies, and the approval comes back a bit faster.Last edited by 003; 07-20-2013, 10:00 AM.Comment
