I'm feeling better by the minute. Your first caustic response was that this is flat out incorrect. But now you are sniffing that it isn't always correct. If I can just hang in here long enough, perhaps I'll be mostly correct and then perhaps, just correct. But even if I never reach that exalted state, can't I take take small comfort in knowing that in all likelihood, even you are not always correct?

Whatever makes you feel better. Your statement as a general rule is incorrect but as in most things there are exceptions. If it makes you feel better to feel like a broken clock that is correct twice a day, more power to you.
All I know is that I am basing my info on 30+ years of training and experience while so far you claim to be basing you info on what you remember as a "kid" and your opinion. Pretending that you understand the law and know how it works just doesn't cut it in the real world. The fact that you would come here to the LEO forum and pretend that you know what your talking about while providing inaccurate information, even if it makes you feel important, helps no one.

This handles 2 fta's out of santa monica & this suspended license ticket/traffic warrant.

Now we're up to two FTA's and a Suspension.
