The closest dealer I know is in Cordelia and they may not have their AW Permit anymore.

I believe LC action in San Jose will do the transfer. Find one for sale by a fellow leo and just do the DOJ blue card transfer. Easiest transfer I've ever done and it only cost $19 bucks
