Handcuff keys?

I figured since cops use them on the daily, they would know best lol. I recently have a temporary job doing security for an event and they want me to have handcuffs and pepper spray on me at all times while working (I have my guard card with the endorsements). I have everything but noticed I am missing the keys to my cuffs!! They are all universal keys I believe but will I be able to go to a store and buy just the keys? If so, which store in Riverside would carry them?

Any police supply or good uniform store will have them. Or order a couple fron Galls.

I always thought you were supposed to throw away the keys after you locked someone up?

J/K I like the galls brand, they make a larger key with a clip like a pen, fits into the pen slot on the front of my shirt and is always ready.

As long as your cuffs are Asp or peerless and smith and wesson. If they are off those brands standard keys won't work and you will have frustrated officers picking up your arrest. If you are anywhere near the inland empire I have one or two u can have for free
