Eye Pro -Not just for firearms?

Eye protection is always worn during firearms training or when participating in force-on-force training.

It has been my experience that eye pro is also helpful during tactical incidents. From protecting your eyes from flying debris to avoid injury when doing a break-and-rake, eye pro may be appropriate, but I rarely see others use it.

Do you also wear it for tactical incidents? Why or why not?

Fashion? Didn't think about it? Uncomfortable?

Always thought about wearing clear eye protection at night on patrol. Never know when people will just throw things in your face or you have to chase someone through brush and get a branch in your face.

I wear them on bike patrol at night and have a clear cheap pair in my ballistic helmet.
