They sell to .mil, fire, EMT, security, etc., but you cannot buy regular capacity mags. In the case of a single stack 1911, it's a moot point.

Armored car guards can buy regular caps over 10 rounds.

I believe military is okay there. Since your sig line advertises you want a MC Operator, head there ASAP. I was there last week and they have a beautiful SA "Long Beach" Operator for $1250 waiting for you in the case. It's basically a MC Operator but in all black instead of black/OD green. Buy it. It's nice.
