Hard plate armor -size preferences

Does anyone else wear hard plate armor during tactical operations?

What size plate do you use?
Do you wear side armor plate also?

Finding that balance between coverage/weight/mobility is important. I would like to know what your experience is.

Eagle plate carrier Front back and side sappies. if it was up to me LBV no plates. Speed over protection every day

Use ESAPI's front, back and sides all LVL IV. Seated securely in an Eagle Plate Carrier.
