    I just found out today the officer killed in Modesto was a former co-worker of mine at American Medical Response. Great guy and really sad to hear of his death. He truly was one of the nicest guys you could meet. I feel really bad for his family.

        What a tragedy. I have lots of respect for Law enforcement... every day they put that badge on they know that there is a very real chance that something crazy and untimely could happen.. and that they might not come home.
