You might also ask yzernie here in this forum. He is a FFL and a leo He sells a lot of Sigs. Even if he doesn't have them, he might be able to send you in the right direction.

I think on the 20 round mags that come with the P226 TacOps, Sig switched from MecGar to their own USA made house brew. People are reporting FTF issues with the new USA mags. My own experience with the USA mags is all have run perfectly.
