    Police gun buy back program

I was wondering what would take place during a gun buy back, if lets say a person brought PKM machine gun or other prohibited items. Is the policy still no questions asked no matter what?

We're talking about a complete fictitious and hypothetical situation here.

I remember 2 years ago watching the news and they had a segment on the Buy Back program and someone had brought in a rocket launcher.
No questions asked, think he got a $100 American Express Gift Card as did anyone turning in firearms.

The one I heard about was literally no questions asked and you can turn in anything... so gangbangers turned in weapons they used as well as stolen weapons and grandma turned in her rusted shut piece of junk metal which doesn't work and they all got grocery gift cards.

I would love for one to be near me so I can get a $100 gift card for my piece of junk Winchester Model 41 ,22 rifle. The gunsmith said it would cost more to fix than it is worth.

                        Hadn't thought of that, thanks.

Just watch the network news, they will advertise the crap out of any gun buyback days to help get your guns off the streets.
