Mag Pouches

Does anyone know of a company that makes adjustable open top mag pouches for a duty belt? My son (a deputy) is looking for an open top mag pouch that is adjustable or at a 45 degree angle and not straight up or sideways. Must be black basketweave too. He tried the google thing without much luck.
