    Laser grips

I'm on my department range staff and have been tasked to come up with a training and qualification course for the Crimson Trace laser grips. Our weapons are Glock 22 in Blackhawk Level 3 serpa holster. Does anyone have current training material or training courses that they can share?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Ask the LASD deputies here. They are the only ones I know that allow CT for duty.
    I like guns

Use the same qual course. The targets and considerations don't change because the sighting system did. The guys still need to perform to that standard.

The only thing I would include is a mandatory 'no laser' string. Got to remember how to use iron sights when the CT dies. This is the same mentality use to justify making the guys with EOTechs and Aimpoints on patrol rifles turn off the dot and use iron sights for a few strings.

We allow lasers, Officers have to qualify both with and without the laser each time. No difference other than that.
