Congrats, have fun, and try to stay awake! Some of the classes are pretty dry. Make sure you stay out of trouble both out and at work because your reputation will follow you to your duty station. But on the brightside, you will make life-long friends and have some pretty good stories for later.

Heck, I was made the class timekeeper from day one and then squad leader (on top of timekeeper) and then class Vice President when they finally let us elect our own officers. Never had a down moment where I could have just been a nobody.

Can't do it... Just sucking... When I went in, I was finishing college so I was one of the few that had some education so that singled me out right there. Now it's a lot more common to have recruits with degrees.
