I have a friend that got In trouble with the law when he was 14 years old. He was convicted of carry a concealed firearm. Sealed his record and got charged with something he didn't do later in life but got a D.A. Rejected can he still purchase a firearm. I told him if he didnt get convicted for it he probably could was I right?

Have your "friend" submit this form. It is the best wyto find out about firearms eligibility.

    Anything else is pure speculation.

A conviction and a DA Reject are two different things that you can't have at the same time.

There is a lifetime ban for felonies and a 10 year ban for violent misdemeanors. All other crimes have no bearing on firearms ownership.
