Yep. I worked a few details with them. They use their reserves heavily for saturation in old town on weekend for high visibility. Lots of 415 and deuce, of course. Then there is the rose parade. To the south, you got south pasadena, alhambra, to the other sides, you got sheriffs in alta dena, lapd northeast, hollenbeck, and sierra madre pd to the east.

Believe it or not, there are ghetto sections and projects that you never go in alone in the north. Other than that, go for a ride along, talk to the guys, I think it's a great place.

I've crossed paths with PPD a few times at work. It's a great city with lots of character and variety.
