    cord cuffs

I've seen some 'cord cuffs' that are made from nylon cord with a one way plastic lock in the middle. I've searched all over and cannot find a source. Anyone have a lead on these? Thanks

    Sorry, never heard of them.

Do you mean, perhaps, Flex Cuffs?

Any number of manufacturers make them.... ASP, Safariland, Monadnock, etc. The earliest ones I recall were essentially nothing more than extra large nylon wire ties and were one at a time. We'd premake cuff sets of them by starting two and then looping a third between the two to link them. The design above pretty much took care of that.

That's the same idea- but they use nylon cord and a clear plastic block that holds the one way lock. I saw them with a Federal LEO & they looked like the way to go for off duty pocket carry.

Those tuff ties look like there could be some issues with them.

I've used them atleast a dozen times, work great.

I trim the tails off after tightening so they can't be pulled tighter....

These are handy to toss in your pocket when real cuffs are not an option.
I got turned onto them by an ICE agent that uses them on deportees he kicks back home.
So the foreign cops dont steal his real cuffs.

they are available at la police gear
