LEGR sent!

finally sent in the LEGR form and 30+ days of waiting and for a fact im really anxious about the outcome. What are some of the main reason some were denied ownership of a firearm? Well as you guys can tell that is really weighing me down and i apologize for that and what other steps should i take while im in this waiting process?

If nothing in your status to own a firearm has changed since you first purchased it, you have nothing to worry about.

If you have any traffic warrants or suspended license, you need to get those cleared up. Any arrest for DV or restraining order will cause you problems. Otherwise, you should be good to go. You just need to wait for DOJ to process the LEGR.

hey ron-solo, you been really helpful and thank you for that. I never had any traffic violations or DV or any problems with any LE at all..the time i got my rifle seized i been really cooperative and i guess that got me away from being arrested but anyways, will the DOJ look at the incident/case number to see why it was taken? or they just do a background check to make sure your eligible right?
