    My new Patrol Rifle

Well after saving my nickels and dimes, I went out and purchased my Colt LE6940. I added the Magpul Gen 2 MBUS Rear sight, Magpul CTR Stock, Magpul MOE Grip, Magpul Enhanced Trigger Guard, Magpul XTM Rail Covers, Magpul 30 round Windowed P-Mags, Surefire M900A, Aimpoint PRO, and a Noveske QD Sling mount used with an MS2 Sling (Thanks to Rob at Rainier Arms for the recommendation, sales, and install). The ASAP was too damn noisy.

Sweetness. Too bad you have to buy your own shizz, but at least you get what you want. Enjoy.

The only problem with all the accessories is that it becomes too heavy. Once, I examined a M4 from a federal agency. It had all the accessories that you can think of. It was too heavy for an entry gun. My personal M4 (a registered Bushmaster) has a Surefire light and Troy back up rear iron sight only. It will serve my purpose. I hope your rifle is manageable for patrol duty.

That's a beautiful rifle. It might get a bit heavy carrying it around on a containment for hours, but I still wish I had one!

Very nice, that's the perfect setup in my opinion. I built mine in almost the exact same way. From my experience, sitting on a perimeter with any gun sucks even searching a house with my duty gun kills my arms if we post up on a room. Nice build.
