    High Capacity Mag for CCW

I have a Glock 17 I bought before the ban and have a few high cap mags. Since I owned them legally before the ban, can I use them when I carry that pistol. It is on my permit.

        Thank you for that link.

So, since I own it legally, I could carry a Glock 26 or 19 and have a high cap magazine as a spare with no problem.

Has anyone ever had a problem at range, etc regarding high caps they had prior to 2000?

If the actual license does not say 'no', then yes, you may use them. There is no specific authorization in PC for that restriction, though issuing agencies are authorized to add 'reasonable restrictions', and that one is not unheard-of.

No more "CCW" - it's a 'Carry License' or 'License To Carry'

Yes. No authority in law to prohibit the possession, ownership, use or carrying of regular capacity magazines over 10 rounds if you owned them prior to the ban.

You can carry as many of them as you got. I would recommend you carry as many of those 33 rounders as you can if you got any. I think the mag cap law is retarded and needs to be voided. No reason to limit citizens like that.
