Was at the Sausalito Spring festival and some drunk guy got arrested. Not sure what he did, something about getting aggressive with someone there.
The LEO's had him handcuffed but they wouldn't move him to the patrol car without strapping him to this seat/straight jacket thing. Four officers then carried him to the car.
Is this because he was drunk, violent or refusing to walk? I'm assuming they do it so he can't hurt anyone or himself and blame the cops. just curious it almost seemed more effort then it's worth but I can imagine moving a large drunk guy is kinda hard work.
