I just found out that Springfield Armory has a discounted rate for officers, that some shops participate in.

Have any of you found/heard of any dealers who participate?

There is one on the Redding area. I ended up driving to ProForce in Brea as they had my gun. The Redding store ordered it and I still haven't heard from them going on 5 months later. If I recall, the Springfield price list has all the dealers. If you don't have the LE price list, IM me with your email and I will send it tomorrow.

I did not know they had an LEO program.

I was looking at Loaded Micros on Buds the other day. But i would much rather buy from a local dealer.

She said some extend it to first responders, which is what I am.
