I've got P-mags, but I don't like them, nor do they work as well as TAPCO's.Former political prisoner who escaped on 9-24-23.Comment

I love P-mags... We were issued 2, so I went out and bought another one. I need to get a few more."Always do right. This will gratify some people and astonish the rest."~M.Twain~Comment

I have Pmags, C-products, Milspec generic, and factory Colt, all with anti-tilt followers. never had a problem with any of them. Never had a problem with my old Colts, but after 30 years I decided to put new springs and followers in them to make sure I never have a problem with them.
Pmags are trendy and are cool if you're into drinking the Magpul Kool-Aid. They're good mags, but I wouldn't say they were superior. I do like the dust covers.LASD Retired

I use USGI mags exclusively.
If you get PMAGS do not buy used ones. Up until the last 2 generations they had some issues. My agency uses them quite a bit and had a high failure rates with the 1st and 2nd gen PMAGS, apparently this was due to the plastic mix they were using which has since been solved. The guys using them now loves them and I have not heard or seen any issues with the newest generation of PMAGS.
But in my own torture tests USGI mags fared better because you could tell when they were damaged. The main problem with PMAGS IMO is the fact that they hide damage to the feed lips and body until the point of failure; whereas aluminum or steel (HK) mags will tell you visually that they're f'ed up.Comment

Pmags are awesome, but now that I have seen the video on the Cammenga, I might have to get a few of those! That is a bad ***** magazine right there!
NOw check this out,,,apparently the black PMAgs have a stronger material strength than the Foliage Green and Dark Earth.
I use ony the Maglevel Pmags. Magpul is coming out with a quad stack Pmag that holds 50 rounds, kinda like the Surefire.
The new Surefire 60 round mags are flippin awesome, but pricey!Comment

Why not just stick with the tried and true C-products 40 rounds stick mags? Why pay 4X-6X the money for 10 or 20 more rounds?

I just bought me 2 of those Cammenga EZ Load Mags to try out. I also bought that new Lancer with the metal lip. The Cammenga is a solid piece of kit, very sturdy and well built.Pmags are awesome, but now that I have seen the video on the Cammenga, I might have to get a few of those! That is a bad ***** magazine right there!

The 40 round mag sticks out quite more than the 30 and I personally would just stick with the 30's for all around use.I like guns
