Cops over there are the criminals, crooked as hell and out of control.

lol wat. Strong exaggeration. My uncle is a police chief and I have never heard of such things and he tells me ALOT of what is going on over there.

The only corrupt thing he did was allow me to ride with him in the car during one of the local city parades.
