Depends the range and the match director / committee.
I used commercial reloads back in the day, later my own, and never had an issue.

I always shot factory, but that was because the the department provided the ammo. I've seen reloads at local matches, but everyone at big matches was shooting factory match ammo...because the journey is the worthier part...The Shepherd's TaleComment
