    LEO only AR15 transfer

I'm getting mixed answers on whether or not I can sell my LEO only AR15 to another LEO. Some people are telling me we can't transfer them to anyone anymore.

Maybe in California but am sure you can ship out of state to a freestate where they are perfectly legal for civilians. Doesn't matter if you are LEO or not.

You can transfer your LEO AR-15 to another LEO only if that LEO has a letterhead authorizing such, just as if he was buying a new one from the store.

        DROS still applies

DROS still applies I believe and you obviously have to go thru FFL for that. 10 day wait should still be able to be waived

          This is correct.

One guy walks over to the black rifle area and starts gazing. An employee asked him if he knew what he wanted. The guy answered "Not sure......definitely something black.............and short...............and tactical."

If it is an AW it HAS to go through an FFL that has the AW license. An 01 FFL cannot take possession or DROS an AW.

              This is also true.

Because as we all know, thanks to the infinite wisdom of the Sacto-crats, if you hand over an AW to a 01FFL that does not have the AW license, all life as we know it will cease to exist in that split second. Time will come to a screeching halt. Every atom in your body will split off in every direction instantaneously.

              Oh, the horror!
