You just missed Folsom PD....Sac county is looking for some.....Put in for both deputy and on call....OC you will work full time.

Kern County SO is looking for academy grads right now. They have lots of open spots so I hear.
5 or 6 new ones just got hired and more are expected. They are adding more training officers to the jail to handle the new guys. (KCSO is making new deputies do some time in the jail now since they took over the Receiving Facility from their detention deputies.)

Yep. My buddy was telling me they had to take their gear down to qual. I thought it was weird too but agencies do differant things I guess.

No, you don't qual before you test, but you do qual before you are hired.
