Silencers in California

Hi Ho, just wondering as a neighbor to the north if I can bring a silencer into the Golden state for plinking at a friend's home? I know California doesnt allow concealed carry and is very restricted in numerous ways when it comes to anything that goes "boom"! Are silencer/class 3 toys ok to have in Cali? Naturally what I have is legal and registered through the ATF with the proper $200 tax stamp. thanks

unless you are an FFL with an SOT, you may not possess silencers in CA. the only exempion to that is if you are .mil/LE and have it issued to you.

I like silencers ALOT! but will never be able to have one I can call my own : (
