LEO AW letters

[dusty]

There was a post a while ago of an LEO asking for any info on their department to issue them letters to purchase AR'S. I'm on my dept range staff and im looking for any info that i can use for a presentation for our command staff.

I did a search and was unable to find anything.

Thanks in advance.
