The "Officer" was just standing on the side of the road and motioned to the driver of the car during the hours of darkness and the driver pulls right over. I find that hard to believe.

The craziest part of the video is the car passing by. Doesn't slow down, just steers into the oncoming lanes to avoid the wolves.

Worked for several years in Russia and Ukraine. That's the way it's done over there. They hold up a painted baton and you stop.
