    Established in 1975, the Institute for Legislative Action (ILA) is the "lobbying" arm of the National Rifle Association of America. ILA is responsible for preserving the right of all law-abiding individuals in the legislative, political, and legal arenas, to purchase, possess and use firearms for legitimate purposes as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

      Hopefully he will sign it. I am fortunate in that my former dept. (LASD) is one of the few I believe that has a testing procedure set up.

          this is great news. I'm glad they added the ammo extension, so the NJ ban on hollowpoints is moot. It's to bad they did not add the magazine exemption as well. It's also great that they reduced time in serviice to 10 years. If the president signs it them I am good to go. Good news
